２０２０年度春学期授業の開始の再延期について
本学は、すでにご案内のとおり、中福在线,连环夺宝感染症が大都市圏で拡大している現状に鑑み、２０２０年度春学期の授業開始を４月２０日（月）に延期しておりましたが、その後も授業を安全に開始できるかどうか、慎重に検討を重ねて参りました。
ここ数日、全国的に感染拡大がみられることから、本学は、春学期授業の開始をさらに３週間遅らせ、５月１１日（月）以降の開始とすることを予定しています。
また、４月１４日から１７日に学部別に少人数での実施を予定しておりました「新入生集中セミナー」につきましても、中止といたします。これに伴い、履修ガイダンスや履修登録、奨学金説明などについて、オンライン上の説明や相談を行うことといたします。
春学期授業開始日の延期とあわせて、本学では、学生の皆さんの学修機会を確保できるよう、全学的にオンラインによる遠隔授業を実施する準備を進めています。
詳細のスケジュール等につきましては、別途、本学ホームページ及び学生ポータルサイト等にて、改めてご案内いたします。
新入生をはじめ在学生の皆様は、中福在线,连环夺宝感染症の拡大、それによる授業開始の延期など、多くの心配や不安を抱えられていることと思います。先行きの不透明な状況が続いていますが、本学といたしましては、学生の皆さんの健康と安全の確保を最優先としつつ、学生の皆さんにとって良好な教育?学習環境を維持する努力を続けてまいります。

【重要通知】
关于春季学期开始上课期间的再度延期
本校曾在前一次的通知中宣布推迟2020年度春季学期开始上课的时间至4月20日，以因应新型冠状病毒肺炎的感染情况在大城市圈的蔓延。尔后，本校继续慎重研讨如何保证教学秩序安全问题。
最近几天，新型冠状病毒肺炎的感染在全国依然继续扩大，本校特决定再次将春季学期上课的开始时间推迟至5月11日（星期一）以后。
同时，本校决定中止原定于4月14 日至17日以学部为单位、缩小规模实施的新生入学说明会。与此相关，将在网上实施选课说明和选课登录，以及奖学金的说明，并回答大家的提问。
虽然作出了再次推迟2020年度春季学期开始上课的决定，本校为了确保各位同学学习的机会，正在检讨实施网上授课。
相关情况将通过本校官网和校园网及时发布通知。请各位同学留心关注。
包括各位新生在内，本校全体学生一定非常担心新型冠状病毒肺炎的感染扩大和上课开始时间的再次推迟。虽然存在着诸多未知的情况，本校始终以保证各位同学健康为第一目标，尽力为大家提供良好的教育与学习环境。

Re-postponement of the Start Date of Spring Semester
As already notified, Osaka University of Economics and Law (OUEL) postponed the start of classes for the Spring Semester of 2020 to Monday, April 20, in light of the fact that cases of Covid-19 infections are spreading in metropolitan areas, but whether classes could safely start after that has carefully been under consideration.
With the spread of the infection nationwide over the past few days, OUEL now plans to delay the start of Spring Semester classes by another three weeks and start on Monday, May 11.
In addition, we will cancel the "Intensive Seminar for New Students", which was scheduled to be held in small numbers by each Faculty from April 14 to 17. In accordance with this, we will provide online explanations and consultations on course guidance, registration, and scholarships.
In conjunction with the postponement of the start date of Spring Semester classes, OUEL is preparing to conduct online distance classes throughout the university to ensure that students have the opportunity to study.
For details of the schedule, etc., we will inform you again separately on the OUEL website and student portal site.
I believe that new students and other students are worried about the expansion of the Covid-19 infections and worried about the postponement of the start of classes. Although the outlook continues to be uncertain, OUEL will continue to make every effort to maintain a favorable education and learning environment for students, while ensuring that the health and safety of students is the top priority.
