本学は、中福在线,连环夺宝感染症拡大の防止のために、２月２６日（水）以降、学生の皆さまのキャンパスへの立ち入りと利用を禁止してきましたが、現時点での感染症拡大状況に鑑み、皆さまの健康と安全を最優先に考えて、５月８日（金）までとしていた立ち入り?利用禁止期間を、５月３１日（日）まで延長することを決定しました。
以下のとおりお知らせいたしますので、皆さまのご理解とご協力をお願いします。
記
（１）学生の皆さまの花岡キャンパス及び八尾駅前キャンパスの立ち入り?利用の禁止期間を、５月３１日（日）まで延長します。学生の課外活動も５月３１日（日）まで禁止します。
〇各種証明書発給依頼、相談事項や連絡事項がある場合は、電話またはメールでお問い合わせ下さい。
〇なお、５月１０日（日）までの間は、職員が全面的に在宅勤務を行っているため、電話対応は中止しておりますが、メールによるお問い合わせは受け付けております。回答までに時間を要する場合がございますが、ご理解とご協力を賜りますようお願いいたします。〔教務課のみ５月７日（木）から、電話対応を行う予定です。〕

（２）各研究所（大阪鶴橋?東京恵比寿）の閉館期間を、５月３１日（日）まで延長します。
６月１日（月）以降の本学キャンパスの利用については、今後の感染状況の拡大などを踏まえ１か月ごとに取扱いを決定し、本学ホームページ、ユニバーサルパスポートで公表しますので、ご確認下さい。

关于５月31日以前禁止进入和使用校园的通知
本校为有效优先预防新冠肺炎传染的进一步扩大，自2月26日（星期三）起禁止各位同学进入和使用校园。鉴于传染的蔓延，出于对各位健康的最优先考虑，现决定将原定截止于5月8日（星期五）的措施，再次延长至5月31日（星期日）
特此通知，敬希各位的理解与合作。
记
（１）截止至5月31日（星期日）为止，禁止各位同学进入和使用花岗校区和八尾校区。在此期间，学生的课外活动也完全停止。
〇包括发行各种证明书在内，如有需要，请事先电话或邮件联系。
〇在此期间，因全体职员在家上班，故无法接听电话，请用邮件联系。复信或许会稍须时日，敬请理解并期待合作。〔各部门中，教务课预定自5月7日（星期四）起开始接听电话。〕

（２）各研究所（大阪鹤桥?东京惠比寿）的闭馆期间延长至5月31日（星期日）。

Prohibition of Access to and Use of Campuses until May 31
In order to prevent the spread of the novel coronavirus (Covid-19) infection, Osaka University of Economics and Law (OUEL) has banned students from entering the campus since Wednesday, February 26, but in view of the current spread of the infectious disease, the university has decided to extend this ban until Sunday May 31.
We are informing you regarding the following information, and request your understanding and cooperation.
(1) The period of prohibition of accessing and using Hanaoka Campus and Yao Campus for students will be extended until Sunday, May 31. Student extracurricular activities are also prohibited until Sunday, May 31.
○If you have any requests for the issuance of various certificates, consultation or need to contact us, please use the phone or e-mail.
○We are unable to respond to telephone calls until May 10 because our staff is working full time from home, but we are accepting inquiries by e-mail. It may take some time to respond, so we appreciate your understanding and cooperation. ［Only the Academic Affairs Office will be able to respond by phone from Thursday, May 7.］

(2) The closing period of both of OUEL research institutes (Osaka Tsuruhashi and Tokyo Ebisu) will be extended until Sunday, May 31.
Please confirm the availability for use of OUEL campuses after Monday, June 1, which will be published on the OUEL website and Universal Passport.
