政府による「学生等の学びを継続するための緊急給付金」について
 

　１２月２０日の臨時国会において令和３年度補正予算が成立し、今般の中福在线,连环夺宝感染症の影響により経済的な困難を抱える学生に対し、緊急的に学資を支援するための「学生等の学びを継続するための緊急給付金（以下緊急給付金）」が創設されました。
　下記の文部科学省のホームページ発表資料にありますとおり、「緊急給付金」は、「中福在线,连环夺宝感染症の影響で、経済的理由により大学等での修学の継続が困難になっている」大学?大学院の学生（留学生を含む）を対象に、１０万円を給付するものです。
　給付事業の実施にあたっては、学生の皆さんから大学が申請を受け付け、大学はその審査を行って日本学生支援機構（ＪＡＳＳＯ）に推薦を行った後、ＪＡＳＳＯを通じて給付金が支給されます。なお、「高等教育の修学支援新制度」による給付奨学金受給者（令和３年１２月１０日の支給を受けている者）については申請しなくても給付金の対象となります。
　今後、申込等の詳細については、政府からの連絡があり次第、皆様に改めてお知らせしますので、本学ホームページ及びユニバーサルパスポートでの情報発信を注視してください。
　本学としては、政府による「緊急給付金」が、対象となる学生?大学院生に速やかに支給されるよう、皆様への情報提供と申請受付?相談の体制の確保に取り組みますので、問い合わせ等があれば、下記までご連絡ください。

Government “Emergency Grants to Support Student Learning”
 
The extraordinary Diet session of 20 December produced a supplementary budget, establishing a system of “Emergency Grants to Support Student Learning” (henceforth “Emergency Grants”) to urgently support the educational expenses of students currently suffering economic difficulties due to the effects of Covid-19.
 
As stated on the website announcement of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology (MEXT), these Emergency Grants will provide 100,000 yen to students and graduate students (including international students) who are having “difficulty in continuing their studies at university or similar due to the effects of Covid-19".
 
To operate the grants system, the university will receive applications from the target students, examine these applications, and make recommendations to the Japan Student Services Organization (JASSO). The grants will then be distributed via JASSO.
 
Details of applications and other matters will be announced as soon as the government informs us, so please continue to check the information on the university website and the Universal Passport portal.
 
This university will endeavour to ensure that the government Emergency Grant is swiftly distributed to the target students and graduate students, and also to provide appropriate information, receive applications, and give advice. We thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

关于政府即将发放的“为继续学业的紧急援助金”
 

　令和３年度追加预算已经于12月20日的临时国会正式成立，决定向因遭受COVID-19的影响而陷入经济困难的学生发放“为继续学业的紧急援助金”。
　如下附文部科学省官网的资料所示，该项援助是以 “遭受COVID-19的影响陷入经济困境，难以继续学业的”本科生和研究生（均含留学生）为对象的，金额为每人10万日元。
　该项援助金需由学生本人向所属大学提出申请，大学在审查后向日本学生支援机构（JASSO）提交推荐名单，最后由JASSO负责发放。
　今后，关于申请的详细手续，待政府有后续通知后，将尽速告知各位同学和各位家长。请随时关注本校官网和校园网（UNIPA）。
　本校为使该项支援金可以尽快发放给相关同学，将即积极地公开讯息并组织好接受申请和资讯的相关机制，并期待大家的积极合作。
